YNDS-H cable identifier is an instrument used to identify a specific cable from a bundle of cables. It can identify power-off cables as well as live cables, which meets the multiple requirements for cable identification at power construction sites.
The identification instrument is mainly composed of a transmitter host, a receiver host, a transmitter connection, a transmitter caliper and a flexible measuring coil. The design of the identification instrument is more compact than the previous generation product, and it is convenient to carry. It has the following characteristics:
1) The transmitter is powered by a high-energy lithium battery and does not require on-site 220V power access. It is easy to use, and has a compact design, low power consumption, long power supply time, and multi-level power indication.
2) The receiving host adopts color LCD LCD display, accurate power prompt, synchronous display signal direction, amplitude, interval as the effective judgment basis, and retains multiple signals on the time axis, through continuous effective signals to more accurately determine the to-be-identified cable.
3) The flexible measuring coil is used for cable identification, which solves the problem that the traditional receiving calipers cannot be stuck into the cable to be identified due to the congestion and overlapping of the cables in the power field.
4) Equipped with transmitting calipers, the function of live identification is realized through caliper coupling, so that one machine can be used for multiple purposes.
5) ABS high-strength protective box, which effectively protects the instrument, is convenient for transportation and adapts to the harsh environment of the construction site.
The transmitter host couples the regular pulse signal to the armor shielding layer of the cable to be identified through a clamp, and forms a current loop through grounding at both ends, so both ends of the cable to be identified must be reliably grounded, because the current signal coupled to the cable is more than direct injection The current signal is much smaller, so it is necessary to increase the gain level of the receiving host during power-on recognition. The same as power failure, when multiple consecutive signals consistent with the direction, amplitude and interval of the injected signal are received, it is the target to be recognized. cable.
