Intelligent transformer capacity-loss tester (touch screen version) is an upgrade of our company's R&D personnel on the basis of the original transformer capacity tester of our company. The advantages of our original instrument such as small size, simple operation and convenient use are continued, and the internal processor, data acquisition system, and national standard data have been fully upgraded to make the instrument usable range wider and higher test accuracy.

The internal rechargeable battery of the instrument can work without external power supply. A full charge of the battery can continuously measure more than 100 sets of transformers. In addition, the instrument can provide three-phase precision 50Hz sine wave AC test power supply. When measuring transformer capacity and transformer load loss, there is no need to connect three-phase test power supply, voltage regulator, current booster and other auxiliary equipment, which greatly improves your Work efficiency.
This instrument is a multifunctional measuring instrument, which is equivalent to two usual test instruments: Active Transformer Capacity Tester + Transformer Characteristic Parameter Tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as the capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, and impedance voltage of a variety of transformers.
This product has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can completely replace the previous method of measuring transformer loss and capacity by using the multi-meter method. The wiring is simpler, the test and recording are more convenient, and your work efficiency has been greatly improved.

* Standard special on-site low-voltage short wiring, without screws and wrenches, can firmly short-circuit the terminal of the transformer under test, which is convenient for on-site testing.

* All test results are automatically corrected. You only need to enter the relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), the instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as: waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., to make the test results accurate higher
* In the transformer characteristic measurement, the voltage range can reach 750V, the current range can reach 100A, and the internal protection circuit is equipped. When measuring, the measurement accuracy can be ensured without switching the gears, and there is no need to worry about burning the instrument due to the wrong gear selection.
* When testing the characteristics of the transformer, the voltage and current ranges can be expanded very flexibly and simply by simply connecting an external voltage transformer and current transformer, which greatly widens the test range of the instrument
* According to the no-load and load losses in the test results, the performance level of the three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer and electric transformer can be automatically estimated for the staff's on-site reference.
