The DC high-voltage generator is a new generation of portable high-voltage testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the Chinese electric power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General technical conditions for high-voltage test equipment Part 1: DC high-voltage generator", which is specially used to detect power devices Electrical insulation strength and leakage current.
This instrument uses a high-frequency voltage doubler circuit, applies PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage and current double closed loop feedback technology to improve the power supply regulation rate and load regulation rate, so that the voltage stability is high and the ripple is small. Imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology are used to eliminate switching interference and achieve the high quality and portability of the DC high-voltage generator. Imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes are used to make the pressure doubler more compact and lighter, and improve the efficiency of the whole machine. According to EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility theory, measures such as shielding, isolation and grounding are adopted to improve the safety of the whole machine and can withstand the rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument has complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond sensors, which are fast and reliable, and effectively protect the safety of people and equipment. Digital DIP switch is selected for overvoltage setting, which is easy to operate and has high setting accuracy. The addition of an intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is conducive to the test of zinc oxide arresters.
This instrument uses an integrated design scheme: the double pressure cylinder and the host are placed in a chassis, combined with high technology, and the selection of excellent components, to achieve the advantages of small size, high power, light weight, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and high power output quality. 1. Stable output voltage: High frequency voltage doubler circuit, PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage and current double closed loop feedback technology are used to improve the power supply regulation rate and load regulation rate, so that the voltage stability is high and the ripple is small. Full range smooth voltage regulation, high output voltage accuracy. The host voltmeter directly displays the voltage value loaded on the load, without an external voltage divider, and the wiring operation is simple. The voltage resolution is 0.1kV, and the current resolution is 1uA.
2. Comprehensive protection: complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond sensors, which act quickly and reliably, and effectively protect the safety of people and equipment.
3. 0.75U function: add an intelligent high-precision 0.75U function one-key button, press this button, the voltage and current will automatically jump to 0.75U state, which is beneficial to the test of zinc oxide arrester.
4. Zero boost: boost potentiometer with zero boost, adopts imported multi-turn potentiometer, the boost process is stable and the adjustment accuracy is high.
5. Overvoltage setting: Digital dial switch is selected for overvoltage setting, which is easy to operate and has high setting accuracy.
6. One-piece design: choose one-piece design, the host and pressure doubler are placed in a chassis. Imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes are used to make the pressure doubler compact, improve the efficiency of the whole machine, and be easy to carry.
7. Reliable performance: The key components are imported high-performance components, and the surface of the pressure doubler is coated with special insulating materials, which has good electrical performance, strong moisture resistance and no leakage.
