The YNJB-1200 six-phase relay protection tester is equipped with powerful test software, which can easily complete all test items. The test functions include:

1. Relay: Test various relays such as voltage and current, intermediate, time, power direction, synchronization, frequency, impedance, overcurrent, etc.

2. Differential test: Test the differential protection composed of the principles of proportional braking, harmonic braking, DC magnetization, and quick-break.

3. Fault simulation: simple fault simulation, multi-state simulation, system oscillation, fault reproduction, and simulation.

4. Impedance characteristics: test impedance circle, quadrilateral, Seiko voltage, Seiko current, action, memory and other impedance characteristics.

5. Line protection: distance protection fixed value verification, zero sequence current fixed value verification, power frequency variation distance fixed value verification, whole set of transmission test, complete set of microcomputer protection fixed value verification and time characteristics.

6. Programmable power supply: power generator, harmonic generator, triangle wave, square wave generator.

7. Automatic device and meter: synchronization device, millisecond meter, power meter, quick-cut device.

YNJB-1200's power generator and multi-state simulation program support six-phase current and six-phase voltage output, and the differential protection program supports six-phase current output. It also adds a backup automatic switch (six-phase voltage) program.

 

The device has a built-in industrial computer, and all test functions can be realized independently without an external computer:

Test software with built-in Windows operation interface;

Equipped with large-screen color LCD screen, providing touchpad and keyboard operation;

Provide a USB interface, which can be operated with an external keyboard and mouse, and can also exchange data and software upgrades through a U disk;

The device is equipped with a network communication interface, and can also be connected to a computer to realize various test functions.

 

1.1.1 AC and DC current source
a. Communication

Output MAX current (RMS): 30A/phase, three-phase parallel: 90A.

MAX output power: ≥360VA/phase.

Output accuracy: 0.2% (0.2-Max).

Output frequency: 0-1KHz.

Amplitude-frequency characteristics: 10-1000Hz range amplitude change ≤±1.5%.

b. DC

Output MAX current: 0-15A/phase, three-phase parallel: 45A.

MAX output power: 200W.

Output accuracy: 0.5%.

c. Other

Resolution: 1mA.

Three-way or six-way have current sources sharing the neutral point.

The output current amplitude, frequency and phase of each phase can be adjusted independently.

The current rise and fall time is less than 100µS.

Automatic detection and protection of open circuit, overheating, overload and distortion.

1.1.2 AC and DC voltage source
a. Communication

Output voltage (RMS): 125V/phase, two-phase series: 0-250V.

Output power (rated voltage): ≥75VA/phase.

Output accuracy: 0.2% (0.5-125V).

Output frequency: 0-1KHz.

Amplitude-frequency characteristics: 10-1000Hz range amplitude change ≤±1.5%.

The fourth voltage can be set to zero sequence voltage or set arbitrarily.

b. DC

Output voltage: 0-150V/phase, two-phase series: 0-300V.

Output power: 100W continuous operation.

Output accuracy: 0.5%.

c. Other

Resolution: 1mA.

Automatic detection and protection of short circuit, overheating, overload and distortion.

Phase angle accuracy: ±0.2°.

Frequency range: 0-1000Hz.

Frequency accuracy: absolute deviation ≤ 2mHz.

Resolution: 1mHz.

It can superimpose 2-20 harmonics and DC of any amplitude.

Voltage and current synchronization ≤100μS.

1.1.6 Binary input and time measurement requirements
8 pairs of independent non-polar input terminals, empty contacts or 0-250V potential.

The timer range is 1mS-9999.999S.
