YNKS-H Open Flash Point Tester follows the heating curve stipulated by GB/T3536-2008 (ASTMD92) and GB/T 267-88 method. The CPU controls the heater to heat the sample, and the color LCD display shows the status, temperature and set value. When the sample temperature is close to the flash point value, the CPU controls the electric ignition system to automatically ignite and sweep automatically. When a flash point occurs, the instrument automatically locks the flash point value. At the same time, the heating is automatically stopped and the heater is air-cooled.
YNKS-H Open Flash Point Tester is used to determine the open flash point and ignition point of petroleum products. The instrument adopts electric ignition mode, without any flammable gas, and fully meets the method requirements of ASTMD92 (GB3536-2008) and GB267-88. It adopts ARM series high-performance microprocessor, electrically erasable memory (can store thousands of data records), color liquid crystal display and touch screen, PID self-tuning and many other technologies.
The function and performance of YNKS-H open flash point tester are in line with domestic and foreign levels. It is an instrument that replaces imported products in petroleum, electric power, chemical, commodity inspection and other industries.
Strong function. It can detect the flash point and ignition point at the same time in one machine with dual purposes, and print the test results. It has a clock chip inside, which automatically displays the current date, time, and power-down hold.
High precision. The temperature error is controlled within ±1.5℃, and the resolution is 0.1℃.
Good repeatability. Under the condition of ensuring that the test environment conforms to GB3536 (ASTM D92) or GB/T 267-88, the same sample is continuously tested, and the difference in flash point value between the two is ≤ 4°C.
