The transformer capacity loss tester is a new type of instrument developed and designed by our company's R&D personnel for the problem of unhealthy power users evading basic electricity bills and privately increasing capacity. It is a high-precision instrument specially used for measuring transformer capacity and characteristic parameters. This product uses a large color LCD display, Chinese display, simple and quick menu operation, and friendly man-machine interface. The internal rechargeable battery of the instrument can work without external power supply. A full charge of the battery can continuously measure more than 100 sets of transformers. In addition, the instrument can provide three-phase precision 50Hz sine wave AC test power supply. When measuring transformer capacity and transformer load loss, there is no need to connect three-phase test power supply, voltage regulator, current booster and other auxiliary equipment, which greatly improves your Work efficiency.
This instrument is a multi-function measuring instrument, which is equivalent to two usual test instruments: Active Transformer Capacity Loss Tester + Transformer Characteristic Parameter Tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as the capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, and impedance voltage of a variety of transformers.
This product has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can completely replace the previous method of measuring transformer loss and capacity by using the multi-meter method. The wiring is simpler, the test and recording are more convenient, and your work efficiency has been greatly improved.
* It can measure the capacity of a variety of distribution transformers and electric transformers on site, without additional power supply, making the detection more convenient and faster
* Combined with external power supply, voltage regulation, step-up and current-boost equipment, it can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss and other characteristic data of various transformers
* All test results are automatically corrected. You only need to enter the relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), the instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as: waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., to make the test results accurate higher
* In the transformer characteristic measurement, the voltage range can reach 750V, the current range can reach 100A, and the internal protection circuit is equipped. When measuring, the measurement accuracy can be ensured without switching the gears, and there is no need to worry about burning the instrument due to the wrong gear selection.
* When testing the characteristics of the transformer, the voltage and current ranges can be expanded very flexibly and simply by simply connecting an external voltage transformer and current transformer, which greatly widens the test range of the instrument
* Large screen, high-brightness LCD display, full Chinese menu and operation prompts, realize a very friendly man-machine dialogue interface; wide temperature, brightness adjustable LCD screen, which can adapt to different environmental temperatures
* According to the no-load and load loss in the test results, the performance level of three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers and electric transformers can be automatically estimated for the staff’s on-site reference (this instrument can only be used with three-phase oil-immersed transformers, The performance level code of the electric transformer transformer. For other types of transformers, the inferred result is invalid)
