1. Net assets

2. Person in charge of technology and person in charge of safety

Those who apply for Level 4 to Level 5 licenses shall have at least 3 years of work experience in installation, maintenance or test management of electric power facilities corresponding to the type of license they are applying for, and have a junior professional title or above in electric power-related majors.

3. Professional technical and skilled personnel
